It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Toepfer of Atlantic, Iowa, who passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Harold "Skip" Toepfer; his grandparents, Harold, Anna Mae Toepfer and Versa Hansen; and his brother John Hansen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Toepfer of Albia, IA, Ashley Wilson (Matt) of Ottumwa, IA and Tara Turner (Josh) of Atlantic, IA; his mother Sharon Hansen (Wilbur) of Atlantic, IA; his siblings, Daphne Haskins of Atlantic, IA, Lisa Hansen of Blair, NE, Kristi Malcom (Tim) of Irwin, IA, David Toepfer (Marge) of Storm Lake, IA, Paul Hansen of Atlantic, IA and Scotty Toepfer of Red Oak, IA; and his grandchildren, Levi of Ottumwa, IA, Layla of Ottumwa, IA and Huxley Wilson of Ottumwa, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts.
