She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie E. Wheatley and Talena B. Wheatley (Cook); her daughter Haley Jo Baker; her parents-in-law, Donald and Jo Baker; her nephew John Masker; and her niece Lacey Masker.

She is survived by: her husband Tyler Baker; her children, John "JT" Baker (Rebecca) of Grand Junction, IA, Ami Koster (Kyle Glover) of Sioux Rapids, IA and Anne Iehl (Jason) of Alta, IA; her grandchildren, Abram, Titus, Koens, Kray, Olivia and Kolten; her sister Lisa Masker of Lewis; her niece Sarah Masker of Audubon; her great-niece Zoey; and her nephew Owen.
