He is survived by: his former wife Ruth Rozelle; his spouse Connie Ellison (Cushman); his children, Elisa Landgraf (Chip), Dodi Rosanske (Dale), Tracie Burton (Bruce), Christie Holtz (Rich), Duane Ellison and Lindsey Kinney (Nathan); his grandchildren, Nicole Harsh, Brandon Landgraf, Ashley Rosanske, Mason Adams (Brittany), Kendra Adams, Jordyn Holtz, Morgan Holtz, Ethan Holtz, Nolyn Kinney, Kouper Kinney and Deklyn Kinney; his sister Brenda Euken (Kent); and his mother-in-law Phyllis Cushman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
