She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Nolte and Shirley Nolte (Butler); her husband Royce Sarsfield; her parents-in-law, Harold Sarsfield and Juanita McIntosh; her siblings-in-law, Dennis Hogueison (Bud), William Hogueison (Bill), Paul Hogueison and Marie Huisenga; and her stepgrandson Christopher Griffiths.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn Sarsfield (Melissa) of Atlantic, IA, Jodi Ammon (Chris) of Meckling, SD, Aaron Sarsfield of Atlantic, IA and Rachel Griffiths (Steve) of Atlantic, IA; her stepdaughter Shelly Baumhover (Mike) of Sac City, IA; her siblings, Tom Nolte (Nancy) of Grasslake, MI, Keith Nolte (Nancy) of Atlantic, IA, Dan Nolte of Loveland, CO, Linda Lensch (Leland) of Elliott, IA and Denise Klever of Atlantic, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Twila Christensen (Howard) of Wiota, IA and Bob Hogueison (Carol) of Kimballton, IA. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
