With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Rollins of Atlantic, Iowa, who passed away on May 30, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Harrill and Estill Harrill (Churchill) of Carson; her brothers, Sherman and James Harrill; her husband Dwayne Rollins, Sr.; and her nieces, Leslie and Courtney Harrill.
She is survived by: her brother Noval Dean Harrill; her sisters-in-law, Jeanne, Janice and Linda Harrill; her children, Tracy, Teresa, Tessie and Dwayne Jr.; and her adoptive son Justin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
