He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Earl Ewoldt and Keith Hugeback; and his great-grandparents, Robert Bauer (Ramona Jean), Erlin Ewoldt (Caroline), Lavonne Clark (Donald) and Ronald Jacobsen Sr..

He is survived by: his parents, Beau Ewoldt and Destiny Jacobsen; his brother Dawsen; his grandmothers, Mary Hugeback and Mindy Jacobsen (Matt); his aunts and uncles, Crystal Creasy, Liz Brittain (Charlie), Jared Ewoldt (Erica), Ashley Jacobsen, Holleigh Jacobsen and Allyiah Jacobsen; and his great-grandparent Gladys Martin. He is also survived by great-aunts and uncles, and dear friends.
