Norman Dave Thiessen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Dave Thiessen (Atkins, Iowa), who passed away on December 6, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thiessen and Myrtle Thiessen; and his siblings, Emma, Martha and Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Buelow; his daughters, Kristi Rottman (Curtis) of Atkins and Carol Woodley (Randy) of Atkins; his grandchildren, Rachel, Hannah Woodley and Nathan Rottman; and his siblings, Bill Thiessen (Jan), Bruce Thiessen (Charla), Wanda Mauck (Richard), Margaret Fetter (George) and Freda Hurlsburt (Steph). He is also survived by husband, father and grandfather who greatly enjoyed his grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Bell Tower project in care of St. Stephen's Church, Atkins.
