It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nathan John Junge of Atkins, Iowa, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Martin Junge; his grandparents, Betty Junge and Dean Jurgens; and his uncle Rick Jurgens. He is survived by: his mother Kristie Junge of Van Horne; his wife Tami Wilhelmi; his children, Laura of Atkins, Jacob of Atkins and Cael Junge of Atkins; his siblings, Noah Junge (Meghann) of Jesup and Megan Junge of Cedar Rapids; his grandparents, Shirley Jurgens of Keystone and Irk Junge of Keystone; his parents-in-law, Nancy and Ed Wilhelmi of Atkins; his sisters-in-law, Deb Gorkow (Marty) of Norway and Kathy Wiklund (Peter) of Davenport; and his nieces and nephews, Mason, Claire, Colin, Dylan Junge, Angie (Turner Schroeder), Megan, Sarah Gorkow (Nathan Werning), Seth (Taryn Kopf), Morgan, Grace, Emma Schneiderman, Sophie and Hudson Wiklund. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for the family at Dupaco Credit Union.
