She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fahnle and Anna Fahnle (Montague); her husband William McKechnie (Bill); her son David McKechnie; and her siblings, Chester, Pearl, Dorothy, Lloyd, Emmet, Ethel and George.
She is survived by: her children, Jan Lux (Mark) of Scottsdale, AZ, Doug McKechnie of Cedar Rapids, IA, Sheri McKechnie of Watkins, IA and Lori Paulsen (Jay) of Iowa City, IA; her grandchildren, Nathan Pickart (Jennah) of Atkins, IA, Hannah Choplick (Dustin) of Atkins, IA, Ted Paulsen of Seattle, WA, Holly and Eli Paulsen of Iowa City, IA; and her great grandchildren, Reagan Pickart and Emma Choplick.
