She is survived by: her husband John Wayne Werling; her children, Brandy Marquez of Fruitland, IA, Jeff Heathman (Holly) of Ely, IA and Kyle Werling of Iowa City, IA; her siblings, Marie McLeod (Larry) of Central City, IA, Joleen McGee of Newton, IA, Richard Thomsen (Connie) of Columbus Junction, IA and John Thomsen (Jacie) of Tipton, IA; her siblings-in-law, Leigh Ann Thomsen of Moscow, IA and Bill Ely of Haines City, FL; and her grandchildren, Mason, Vaughn, Emmett Marquez, Bailey, Lane and Cael Heathman.
In lieu of flowers, family asks that memorials be sent, as they will be forwarded to a local Al-Anon cause.
