He was predeceased by: his parents, John Strouth and Margaret Strouth (Johannes); and his siblings, Mike, Gerard "Shorty", Jake, Helen, Marie, Loretta, John and Anthony.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Strouth of Ashton, IA; and his children, Edward Strouth (Crystal) of Ashton, IA, Steven Strouth of Sioux Falls, SD, Vicki Strouth of Sioux Falls, SD, William "Doug" Strouth (Amy) of Sheldon, IA and Michelle Bower (Mark) of Hornick, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials received will be donated to selected charities.
