She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Schierholt and Joseph Schierholt; her husband Monte Ray Lamfers of Mary's Catholic Church; her son Kevin; her son-in-law Chris Presthus; her parents-in-law, Ben and Tena Lamfers; her brothers, Don Schierholt and Roman Schierholt; her brothers-in-law, Fred Hunt and Frank Kennedy; her niece Beth Mulder; and her nephew James Hunt.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Huff (Lyle) of Ashton; her daughter-in-law Sue Lamfers of Princeton, IA; her children, Keith Lamfers (Joni Kellen) of Ames and Kim Poeckes (Kevin) of Sheldon; and her sisters, Jean Kennedy of Spirit Lake and Barb Bern (Fred) of Jackson, MN. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
