He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Riemersma and Theresa Riemersma (Beimers); his sister Leola Van Ravenswaay; and his brother-in-law Arlen Van Ravenswaay. He is survived by: his wife Judy Riemersma of Sioux Center, IA; his children, Kristi Johnson (Joel) of Craig, IA, Jason Riemersma of Sioux Center, IA, Ralph Lammers of Sioux Center, IA and Dwaine Lammers (Crystal) of Granville, IA; his grandchildren, Taylor, Ross Johnson, Jenna Gushwa (Lance), Nick, Miranda Lammers, Isaia, Ian and Isabel Lammers; and his siblings, Larry Riemersma (Ruth), Randy Riemersma (Nancy) and Beth Maas (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
The Riemersma family prefers memorials go to the June E. Nylen Cancer Center or Katlyns Fund.
