He is survived by: his son Matthew Turk (Pam) of Hillsboro, OR; the mother of his children Evelyn Turk of Waukee; his daughters-in-law, Deb Turk and Mari Turk; his grandchildren, Michelle Porter (Mike), Adam Turk (Michelle), Danny Turk, Sam Turk (Bre), Jonathan Turk (Sara) and Zachary Turk; and his sister Mary Ann Graybill. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
