He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Glen Smith and Jean Barrett. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Smith and Amy Smith (Baird); his sister Hallie Smith; his grandparents, Ed, Sherry LaMere, Pat, Connie Smith, Laura, Brian Gumm, Molly, Ryan Haggerty, Sarah, Sheldon Sides and Andy LaMere; and also, Perry and Kris Smith. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles.
