He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Westcott (Bill) and Alice Westcott; his siblings, Richard Westcott, Marilyn Henrich and Robert Westcott (Bob); his brother-in-law Ed Henrich; his niece Susan Eakin; his son-in-law John W. Bernhard; and his grandson Austin Bernhard.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Westcott of Arnolds Park; his children, Mark Westcott of Albuquerque, NM, Lynn Westcott (Heidi Moyer) of Milford and Beth Bernhard of Lone Rock; his grandchildren, Tori Westcott of Colorado Springs, CO, Ashley Westcott of Colorado Springs, CO, Cody Bernhard of Bancroft, Dillon Bernhard of Philadelphia, PA and Heath Bernhard (Taylor) of Armstrong; his great grandchildren, Riley and Jettson; and his sisters-in-law, Teresa Westcott of Cherokee and Frances Westcott of Early. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and his wife.
