She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Henningsen and Vera Henningsen (Gillett); her son Matt Hovey; and her brother Russell Henningsen (Butchy). She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Halbur of Arnolds Park; her brother Bruce Henningsen; and her nephew Rusty Nabor.
