It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max A Quastad (Armstrong, Iowa), who passed away on April 3, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Quastad and Regina Quastad (Carson); his brother Marlyn Quastad; and his grandson Jake Schutjer. He is survived by: his wife Orma Jean of Armstrong; his children, Arlen Quastad (Barb) of Dolliver, Darwin Quastad (Robbin) of Armstrong, Murray Quastad (Barb) of Richfield, Scott Quastad of Armstrong and LaKaye Schutjer (Paul) of Wesley; his sisters, Kathleen House and Karen Dreyer (Richard); and his sister-in-law Evelyn Quastad. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
