He was predeceased by: his parents, George Manley and Margaret Manley (Enderson); his granddaughter Rayne; his nephew Orin Aanonson, Jr; and his sister-in-law Joanne Manley.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ayers; his daughters, Sandra Manley of Sioux Falls, Tracey Manley of Armstrong, Sheri Schnieder (Chris) of Emmetsburg and Christy Manley of Fairmont; and his siblings, Tom Manley of Armstrong and Sharon Aanonson (Orin) of Estherville.
