She was predeceased by: her mothers, Joy H. Popenhagen and Fern Malissa Popenhagen (Ward); her grandparents, John and Maldonata Ward; her husband Norm; her siblings, Harold Popenhagen, Russell Popenhagen and Mabel; and her brother-in-law Duane Bockholt.
She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Fedeler (Mark) of Fayette, Ivan Kleinlein (Debbie) of Strawberry Point, Don Kleinlein (Shelly) of Strawberry Point and Diane Parker (Mark) of Lamont; her sister Dora Bartels (Jerry) of Elm Springs, Arkansas; and her sisters-in-law, Leone Popenhagen of Fayette and Frances Popenhagen of Fayette. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
Memorials may be directed in her name to St. John Lutheran Church in Arlington.
