She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Itzen and Reka Itzen (Pothast); her husband Dennis Hook; her children, Brenda DeBoer (Terry) of Hampton, IA, Bryon Hook (Lori) of Holland, IA and Julaine Bidleman (Brian) of Fort Dodge, IA; her grandchildren, Jared DeBoer (Melissa), Kyle DeBoer (Michelle), Brent Hook, Trevor Hook (Ashlen Damm), Brady Hook (Madi), Rayni Bidleman and Cayci Bidleman; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Jack DeBoer, Blake DeBoer, Aiden, Addison, Alexander, Aysen Hook, Tucker and Beckett Hook; her sister Minetta Tjepkes of Grundy Center; her sister-in-law Shirley Huesman; her granddaughter Megan Hook; and her brothers-in-law, Arnold Tjepkes and LeRoy Huesman.

Memorials may be directed to the family, where they will donate to a charity of their choice at a later time.
