He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Puffett and Enid Puffett (Crawford); his son Dennis Puffett; and his brothers, Jerald Puffett (Sherry), Leland Puffett and Ardon Puffett (Mary Ann).
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Puffett of Arlington; his children, Leslie Puffett (Cindy) of Preston, Kelsey Puffett of Arlington and Julie Puffett (Steve) of Grimes; and his siblings, Kenneth Puffett (Brenda) of Claremore, Roger Puffett (Dena) of Clarksville, Tennessee and Norma Lawrence (Kenard) of Theodosia, Missouri. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
Due to recommendations from state and federal health officials during the COVID-19 pandemic, guests are required to wear a mask and social distance.
