He is survived by: his children, Max Harkin of Arlington and Jan Boleyn of Oelwein; his grandchildren, Angie Wright (Tim) of Oelwein, Kyle Boleyn of Fort Dodge, Adam Harkin (Nancy) of Arlington and Jon Harkin (Anna) of Monroe; his great grandchildren, Rachel, Nicole Wright, Bethany Boleyn, Alex, Andrew, Jacob Harkin, Rylee Harkin and Findly Harkin; and his great great grandchild Remington Mann.
