She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Irene Shughart and Franklin Shughart; and her husband Calvin Bissell. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Jelley of Rusk; her grandsons, Matt Bergman (Yvette) of Rusk and Chad Bergman of Edmonds; and her sister Mary Slattery of Livermore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and her neighbors.
