He is survived by: his daughter Tanya Martin of Woodstock, Illinois; his grandson Michael Regan Jr. of Woodstock, Illinois; his sisters, Evelyn Taylor Minor of Rockaway Beach and Joanne Townsley (Mike) of Muscatine, Iowa; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Taylor, Michelle Keiser (Dustin), Timothy Childers, Mike Townsley, Mark Taylor and Marvin Taylor.
