With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Helmick of Argyle, Iowa, born in Fort Madison, Iowa, who passed away on August 17, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Helmick and Mary Helmick (Rempe); and his brother Robert Helmick. He is survived by: his wife Linda Elaine Gabel; his daughter Amanda Halbur (Aaron); his grandsons, Noah David Halbur and Leonard William Halbur; and his sister Carol Helmick.
A memorial has been established in his memory for Mary's Meals or Izaak Walton League.
