He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Andrews and Peggy Anderson; his brother Bill Andrews; and his stepfather Russell Philp. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Andrews; his children, Sandra Andrews, Jennifer Andrews (Mike Delaney) and Bobbie-Jo Neale (Justin); his stepchildren, Brittany Bronson (Nick) and Robert Land; and his brothers, Ronald Philp (Pearl), Robert Philp (Vicki) and Dennis Andrews (Roxanne). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
