With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marian Schmitz (Arcadia, Iowa), born in Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on August 28, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore "Fritz" and Barbara Schmitz (Schenkelberg); her brothers, Elmer "Porky" Schmitz, Hubert John "Jack" Schmitz and Eugene "Butch" Schmitz; and her siblings-in-law, Eileen Schmitz, Mark Ahmann and Gladys Schmitz.
She is survived by: her siblings, Clair Schmitz (Leona) of Carroll and Jane Ahmann of Wayne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended relatives, and many friends.
