With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel L. Kock of Arcadia, Iowa, born in Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on March 31, 2024 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Kock of Vail; his brother Davey; and his aunts and uncles, Ted Hawley, Paul Aylward, Ron Berg, Jeanne Hawley and Lorna Berg.
He is survived by: his mother Joyce Kock of Vail; his child Jocelyn (Garrett Shaal); his grandson Roland of Omaha, Neb.; his children, Danielle Kock of Des Moines and Alex Kock of Arcadia; his sister-in-law Janine Kock of Westside; and his aunts, Mary Aylward of Huron, S. D. and Julie Kock of Carroll. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be directed to the Ar-We-Va Booster Club or the Ar-We-Va Education Foundation.
