He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Ricke and Julia Ricke (Ludwig); his sons, John and Jim; his parents-in-law, Edmund and Hilda Miller (Reiman); his son Ken "Beanie" Ricke; his sisters, Ella Mae Reiff (Alvin) and Phyllis Bluml (Harold); and his sisters-in-law, Bernice Bekehermes (Joe) and Arlene Eischeid.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Ricke of Carroll; his daughters, Cynthia Fleskes (Joe) of Davis, CA and Jane Vetter (Gary) of Westside; his daughters-in-law, Deanna Schoessler (Connie) of Westside and Jaynee Ricke of Arcadia; and his siblings, Larry Ricke (Carol) of Parkersburg and Marlou Ricke of La Crosse, WI. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
