Marlene Vanderwerf Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Vanderwerf of Aplington, Iowa, who passed away on July 25, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ellen and Anna Van Ellen (Buseman); her husband Floyd Melvin Vanderwerf; and her brothers, Darrel and Ronnie Van Ellen.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Vanderwerf of Minneapolis, Jeffrey Vanderwerf (Kathy) of Decatur, Scott Vanderwerf (Tammy) of Waterloo, Iowa and Vicki Burtlow (Bob) of Hedrick, Iowa; her grandchildren, Tim (Andrew Burtlow), Kirsten, Dylan and Matthew (Kayla Vanderwerf); her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Binyon, Jason Sinclair (Melissa) and Jody Sinclair (Christine); and her sister Donna Miller of Conrad, Iowa.. She is also survived by 17 step-great-grandchildren; 15 step great great-grandchildren.
