He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Charles and Nellie Mae Parker (Shephard); his wife Martha; his granddaughter Lillian Peters; and his brothers, Johnnie, Glen and Ray.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Parker (Jayne) of Lithia, Deb Forman (Bob) of Anacortes, Darla Abbas (Steve Gates) and Barbara Kindler (Andrew) of Bern, Switzerland; his grandchildren, Travis Parker (Natasha), Maggie Goodwin (Daniel), Hayden Parker (Kiki), Betsy Forman (Adam Kephart), Glynna Borwig, Denielle Badker (Bret), Mandy McCord (Will) and Cass Peters; his grandson-in-law Matt Johnston (Jordyn); and his great grandchildren, Devin, Lauren, Carver, Kale, Haley, Jack, Sadie, Morgan, George, Olivia, Kal and Tori.
