She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Hartema and Sharon Hartema (Adelmund); her husband Lowell Tietje; her siblings, Michael Hartema of Waukon, IA and Julie Ann Hartema-Borunda of North Carolina; her children, Justin Ray Tietje of Duvall, WA, Kyleigh Rose Hughes (Kevin) of Duvall, WA and Stormie Leigh Tietje of San Diego, CA; her grandchildren, Briant, Taylor, Zakary Tietje, Paxtyn, Jayce Hughes and Izaiah; and her nephew Tanner Hartema.
