He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Conrad; his brother Taylor Jo; and his grandparents, Louie Conrad, Teresa Conrad and Allan Frank Weber.
He is survived by: his mother Kristine Weber of Cedar Falls; his siblings, Colin Nelson of Allison and Kaylee Howard of Cedar Falls; his grandmother Karen Weber of Cedar Falls; his stepmother Bonita Conrad of Dike; his uncles, Rick Weber (Julie) of Waterloo and Joe Weber (Darla) of Clive; and his aunt Roxane Harms (Dan) of Minneapolis.
