Roberta A. Houlsworth Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roberta A. Houlsworth of Anthon, Iowa, who passed away on November 17, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Houlsworth; her parents, Henry Kollbaum and Ida Kollbaum; and her siblings, Ruth Malone (Bill), Delores Diamond (Ralph), Darlene Zimmerman (Ronnie), Leona Schmidt (Norman), Lajune Gray and Henry Kollbaum.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Houlsworth (Cindy) of Dakota Dunes, SD, Kimberly McDonald (Michael) of Perry, IA and Brenda Todd (Kevin) of Anthon, IA; her brother Gene Kollbaum (Linda) of Bronson, IA; her siblings-in-law, Tom Gray of Sioux City, IA and Lyla Kollbaum of Anthon, IA; and her grandchildren, Bethany Woodall (Branden), Olivia Houlsworth, Emily Houlsworth, Laura Houlsworth, Zachary Arvin (Kristin), Austin Hawkins, Elliot Hawkins (Hope), Jacee Weber (Kevin), Riley McDonald (Taylor), Brandon Todd, Loren Todd and Morgan Dirkx (Elijah). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anthon Community Methodist Church (401 E Bridge St, Anthon, IA 51004). A prayer was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Anthon Community Methodist Church of Anthon, Iowa (401 E Bridge St, Anthon, IA 51004). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Anthon Community Methodist Church (401 E Bridge St, Anthon, IA 51004).
