She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Mouw and Jeanette Mouw (Heink); her daughter Maria Bailey; and her siblings, Loretta, Raymond and Irene.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori Adams of Coralville; her grandson Grant (Catie); her great grandchildren, Gwenny and Brom of Virginia; and her sisters, Sharon, Arty, Bernice and Betty.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to her daughter, Lori Adams, which will help pay for funeral expenses.
