He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ernest and Mildred Mae Jones (Pixler); his wife Peggy; his son Donald DeWayne; his siblings, Ellen Mae Mustard (Donald) of Onawa, IA, Myrtle Ann Watson of Onawa, Iowa, Marion Jones, George Jones, Jr., Wayne LaVerne Jones, Everett Jones and Eddie Jones; and his brothers-in-law, Leo Corn and Bill Quinlain.
He is survived by: his sisters, Helen Corn of Sioux City and Rose Quinlain of Sioux City, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Sherrie Jones of Onawa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
