He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Crouch and Frances Crouch; and his brothers, Mike and Pat Crouch of Mitchellville Iowa. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Exley (Crouch) of Altoona, Mark and Sandy Crouch (Ghee) of Altoona, Iowa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
