He is survived by: his children, Gary Rowe, Terri Koop (Ross) and Teresa Costilla; his daughter-in-law Monica Rowe; his grandchildren, Justin Villareal, Brandon Rowe (Angel), Amanda Schmidt (Erik), Andrea Chalfin (Andrew), Erika Rowe, Ricardo Ramirez and Arielle Rowe; and his siblings-in-law, Jeffery Caudill (Kathy), Wanda Hurley (Dean), Ina Cantrell, Gwen Caudill, Lois Hilton (Ricky), Claudia Caudill and Leona Caudill.
