She was predeceased by: her parents, Jans Arends and Vina Arends (Greenfield); and her siblings, Audrey Eslick, Kenneth Arends and Gary Arends.
She is survived by: her sister Marlene Arends of Ankeny; her siblings-in-law, Jolene Arends of Naperville, IL and Daryl Eslick of Webster City; and her nieces and nephews, Shari Arends, Douglas Arends (Chelle), Denny Eslick (Jenny), Marty Eslick (Janet), Marcia Culbertson (Lon), Jeff Eslick (Cynthia) and Rob Eslick (Dee).
