She is survived by: her husband Roger Blair; her children, Rand Blair (Kelly), Trevi Sandin (Jason), Andrea Bingaman (Bill) and Robin Deaton; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Connor, Brinley, Brody, Bella, Jack, Audrey and Troy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Above and Beyond Cancer Foundation or Mercy Hospice in Johnston, Iowa.
