With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Violet Horner of Ankeny, Iowa, born in Delta, Ohio, who passed away on April 6, 2021 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Violet Horner to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Poorman and Lena Poorman (Kuhn); her husband Robert Horner; her grandson Benjamin Horner; and her siblings, Virginia, Laura, Iris, Bonnie and Lloyd.
She is survived by: her children, David of Ankeny, IA, Linda St (Dennis), Ronnie (Maria) of Omaha, NE and Alan of Waterford, MI. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
As a show of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Urbandale Baptist Church Mission Fund or Faith Baptist Bible College Tock Scholarship Fund.
