She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. Barker and Isabel Barker (Webster); and her husband Robert Lee Williams. She is survived by: her children, Caren Taylor of Davenport, Gordon Williams (Carrye) of Keokuk, Lynn Manson (Lawrence) of Des Moines, Wanda Williams of Ankeny, Robert Williams Jr. (Cynthia) of Keokuk, Julie Kennerly (Michael) of Ankeny, Kathy Sampson (Alan) of Lakeport and Timothy Williams (Rose) of Quincy. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to God's Way Christian Center in Keokuk.
