He is survived by: his fiancée Christine Scott; his daughters, Stephanie Warnock of Anchorage, AK, Amy Kolacia (Craig) of Fort Dodge, IA and Molly Warnock of Austin, TX; and his grandchildren, Nathan Kolacia, Samuel Kolacia, Bella O'Neil and Isaac O'Neil.

Memorials may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa or to any veterans charity organization of your choosing.
