She is survived by: her parents, Bob Johnson and Louise Johnson of Ankeny; her husband Bill Dickey of Ankeny; her daughters, Ashley Dickey of North English and Kelley Emke (Spencer); her grandsons, William and Cameron of Huxley; and her sister Tami Johnson of Ankeny.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials made out to the Toni Dickey Memorial, which will develop an Ankeny Hawkette Golf Scholarship Foundation.
