He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Hefty (Loy); and his nephew Jeff Loy. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Vogelsberg of Polk City, Iowa; his children, Shawna Dumbaugh (Tom) of Maxwell, Riann Hansen (Ben) of Exira and Shane Loy (Nicole) of Wichita, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Cale, Nate Dumbaugh, Kate, Alex, Jack Hansen, Ava, Ayden and Grayson Loy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Steve Loy Memorial Fund.
