He is survived by: his close friend Thomas Johnson; his stepdaughter Cassandra Backer (Donald); his stepgrandchildren, Raelynn and Kenneth Backer; his parents, Lisa Koziczkowski (Jeff) and Michael Ott (Rachel); and his siblings, Erik Koziczkowski, Tayler Ott, Ethan Ott, Breanna Ott and Nate Koziczkowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
