Roland Peterson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2021, at the age of 88, Roland Peterson of Ankeny, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roland Peterson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Axel Peterson and Edith Laura Peterson (Kingery); his wife Janice Peterson; and his brother Howard Peterson (Joan). He is survived by: his son Ron Peterson (Jean) of Urbandale; his siblings, Carolyn Wheeler of Creston, Fredrick "Bing" Peterson (Joanne) of Omaha, NE and Dale Peterson (Nannie) of Sergeant Bluff; his grandchildren, Jenny Bass (Nick), Jason Holland, Mallory Peterson and Zachary Peterson (Madison); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Wyatt Bass and Johnny Top Peterson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be given to Salem Lutheran Church and/or Union County Veterans Affairs.
