He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerhart Houg and Margaret Sara Houg (Beach); and his siblings, Gary Robert and Mary Olson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean (Inabnit); his sons, Gary Robert and Stephen Michael (Holly); his grandsons, Carson and Collin Houg; his sister Karen Montgomery (Jim); and his brother-in-law David Olson.
