He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henn and Gladys Henn (Duregger). He is survived by: his wife Karen Nielsen; his children, Kimberly Hammer (Glenn) of Cedar Rapids, Kevin Henn (Kylie) of Parkville and Kyle Henn (Stacy) of Lenexa, Kansas; his grandchildren, Brianna Hammer, Kayleen Hammer, Elise Hezel (Tim), Alec Henn, Isaac Henn, Adam Henn, Ryan Henn and Reghan Henn; and his siblings, Marcia Koester (Bob), John Henn (Rejane) and David Henn (Donna).

Memorials may be directed to the family for a future memorial in Richard's name.
